# Setting Up Your Agency Wallet

Setting up your Agency Wallet is a critical step to getting your account setup.

> **⚠️ IMPORTANT**: If the balance in your Agency's Wallet becomes negative, none of the subaccounts within your agency will be able to utilize inbound or outbound AI Voice calling.
