# Change Or Reset Your User Account Password In The Workspace Or Sub Account

## Background & Purpose

How to change your user account password within a workspace or sub-account, as well as how to reset your password if you're not logged in. It ensures users can maintain secure and updated login credentials.

## Step-by-Step Process

### If You Are Logged In (Workspace or Sub-Account)

#### 1. Navigate to Settings

* From either the main workspace or a sub-account, click on **Settings**
* Then go to **Account** (for workspace) or **Profile** (for sub-account)

#### 2. Select Reset Password

* Click on the **Reset Password** option

#### 3. Enter Current and New Passwords

* You'll be prompted to enter your **current password** and **new password**

#### 4. Confirm and Save

* If all entries match, your password will be updated
* A success confirmation will be displayed
