# Refund Policy

**Refund, Dispute, and Revenue Policy**

This Policy is part of your contract with buildassistants.app ("we," "us") governing your use of our AI assistant services. By purchasing our Services, you agree to these terms.

## 1. All Sales Are Final

* **No refunds under any circumstances** (except where prohibited by law)
* Your purchase confirms acceptance of this no-refund policy
* No refunds due regardless of circumstances or usage

## 2. Dispute Resolution

* **No tolerance for disputes:** Any dispute through chargebacks, complaints, or other means is deemed invalid
* **Automatic resolution:** All disputes will be resolved in our favor
* You forfeit rights to contest any charges by using our services

## 3. Dispute Penalties

* **\$15,000 penalty fee per dispute** to cover administrative, legal, and operational costs
* We will enforce this fee through all available legal means
* Agreement to this fee is required for service access

## 4. Chargebacks

* **Prohibited:** Chargebacks constitute material breach of this Policy
* We reserve right to pursue legal remedies for disputed funds
* **Immediate termination:** Chargeback attempts result in instant service termination and potential legal action

## 5. Binding Agreement

* This Policy is integral to our Terms of Service
* Supersedes all prior agreements regarding refunds/disputes

## 6. Updates

* We may modify this Policy anytime
* Changes effective immediately upon posting
* Continued use equals acceptance
