If you just signed a client - congrats! You may have set up a certain price for their voice minutes and now all that’s left is for them to set up their wallet so you can start rebilling. But they can’t see their Billing settings. Why not? This guide explains how to grant clients access to their billing settings and wallet management.The Issue
Before your client will be able to see their Billing settings or be able to set up their Wallets, they need to be invited as a member to their Workspace.Step-by-Step Solution
1. Navigate to Your Agency Workspace
- Go to your main Agency Workspace in buildassistants.app
2. Find the Client’s Sub-Account
- Locate their Sub-Account in your workspace dashboard
3. Invite the Client as a Member
- Select the client’s sub-account
- Click “Invite Member”
- Send an invite to their email address
4. Client Gains Billing Access
Once the user has been invited as a member to the workspace, they will have access to a new set of menus inside of their workspace where they will be able to:- Set up their Billing settings
- Manage their Wallet for voice minute charges
- View transaction history and usage
Adding Additional Team Members
If your client wants someone else to be able to view these billing menus, that person also needs to be added to the workspace using the same invitation process.What Clients See After Invitation

Important Notes
Critical Step: Clients cannot access billing features until they are properly invited as workspace members.
Team Access: Each person who needs billing access must receive their own workspace invitation.
